The best company I've done business with in a decade. 10 stars not 5. Customer satisfaction is unbelievable. I was having problems with my payment going through. 2 days and at least 40 emails later problem solved. Staff was overly polite and attentive. The responses to my emails were always answered promptly. Gear arrived without a hitch and lightning fast. I know this is a long winded review, but I was blown away by the service and commitment. I haven't downloaded the gear yet, but I can't expect any problems with their level of service. I'm sure I will be satisfied with the results. If not I will write a follow up review. So far customer for life. Thanks Monster Staff, you knocked it out of the park!
